Before a single piece of content is generated for your account, the Strategist sits with you across two onboarding sessions. We map your expertise, your audience, your professional boundaries, your voice, your aesthetic, your edges. The output is your Brand Identity Profile — a 40-page document that becomes the foundation PSYCHE uses to adapt every post.

The BIP is not auto-generated. It is co-authored. This is the difference between content that sounds like you and content that sounds like every other AI tool.

When SENTINEL flags content as ambiguous — a phrase that might violate MCI guidelines, a claim that might cross ICAI lines, an image that might breach platform policy — a human Compliance Reviewer makes the final decision before anything reaches your dashboard.

Our reviewers are not generalists. They come from the specific fields they govern. The medical reviewer has spent years in clinical communications. The legal reviewer has worked in Bar Council compliance. The financial reviewer comes from ICAI advisory.

    When SENTINEL flags a post as ambiguous or potentially non-compliant, the post stops. A human Compliance Reviewer decides what ships. You see only the cleared content.

    High-Performer Detection

    When Atlas detects a post performing at 3x baseline or higher, it notifies your Account Partner. We analyse why it worked and update your BIP so PSYCHE can replicate the pattern.

    Crisis Content

    When the AI Reception detects a potential medical emergency, a legal urgency, or any conversation that suggests harm — it stops handling the conversation and routes immediately to you. No AI-only handling of sensitive contact.

    Brand Voice Drift

    If PSYCHE's adaptations begin to drift from your BIP fingerprint (measured quarterly), your Strategist re-engages and refreshes the profile. We refuse to let AI flatten your voice over time.
