- 01Will my content end up sounding like every other coach on LinkedIn?
- Only if you let it. Your Brand Identity Profile — co-authored with your human Strategist — explicitly captures the depth marketers you respect and the hype marketers you don't want to sound like. PSYCHE reads against that profile on every piece. We refuse manifestation language, income hooks, and urgency theatre by default. The content reads as restrained, framework-led, and recognisably you.
- 02Can the system handle case examples without breaching client confidentiality?
- Default: no identifiable client content. Case examples use archetype framing — “the executive who realised they were burning out by counting their wins instead of their losses” rather than “my client Sarah at [Company].” For identifiable case studies (rare), we require written client consent and strip identifying particulars per supervision norms. The consent record is stored against every piece.
- 03What happens if a follower DMs me in crisis?
- Mental-health and crisis-signal detection is a hard line. The DM-reply agent does not engage with substance. It thanks the sender for reaching out, surfaces appropriate crisis resources (local suicide-prevention hotlines and mental-health services for the sender's region), and immediately routes the message to your Account Partner and to your direct attention. We do not deflect crisis signals into a coaching funnel.
- 04Will this comply with ICF and EMCC ethics?
- Yes. SENTINEL loads the ICF Code of Ethics and the EMCC Global Code (whichever applies) and reviews every piece against confidentiality, marketing integrity, and dual-relationship considerations. We do not publish content that implies guaranteed outcomes, manufactures urgency, or borrows authority from celebrity association. A reviewer with coaching ethics background clears anything flagged.
- 05How does this work if I run group programs and 1:1 simultaneously?
- Multi-offering practices are supported. Your Brand Identity Profile captures each offering's positioning, audience, and message — and the content calendar attributes pieces to specific offerings to keep messaging coherent. We can run dedicated launch campaigns around cohort openings without overwhelming the always-on authority content stream.
- 06Can this support a course launch or new book?
- Yes, and Growth-tier and above clients regularly use it for that. Course launches and book launches each have their own pre-built campaign structure — six-week pre-launch authority lead, two-week launch window, four-week post-launch reactivation. We adapt to your specific cohort dates and product cadence.
