03What happens if a follower DMs me in crisis?
Mental-health and crisis-signal detection is a hard line. The DM-reply agent does not engage with substance. It thanks the sender for reaching out, surfaces appropriate crisis resources (local suicide-prevention hotlines and mental-health services for the sender's region), and immediately routes the message to your Account Partner and to your direct attention.
