- Yes. SENTINEL loads FSSAI Labelling and Display Regulations, the ASCI Code, the Drug and Magic Remedies Act, and platform-specific commerce policies. Every piece is checked against these rules before it reaches you. We never publish unsubstantiated health claims, before/after for ingestibles, fabricated testimonials, or comparative claims about named competitors. A specialist with consumer-brand compliance background reviews anything flagged. We have not had a published piece trigger an ASCI complaint or FSSAI notice to date.

- It's real. The pipeline monitors your review feeds (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Business, your own site), social mentions of your brand, and tagged-content on Instagram. When it finds a genuine happy customer, it requests permission in your brand voice to feature them. Customers grant or decline. Granted content is staged for your approval and published with proper attribution. No fabrication. No fake reviews. No paid-but-undisclosed creator deals masquerading as UGC.

- Yes. Marketplace listing optimisation is part of Growth tier and above. The system audits your Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify listings against keyword opportunities, image quality standards, A+ content gaps, and review-response opportunities. It produces recommended edits for your approval. Reviews get monitored continuously and response drafts are surfaced for the negative or ambiguous ones.
- 05How do you handle influencer outreach without it feeling spammy?
- The influencer-match agent looks for right-fit creators by niche, follower quality, engagement rate authenticity (not vanity metrics), and content alignment with your brand standards. Outreach is in your brand voice, personalised to their actual content (we read their feed first), and offers a real value exchange rather than a generic free-product ask. We track outreach quality (response rate, conversion to collaboration) and tune over time.
- 06What if a competitor launches a campaign that we want to respond to?
- Competitive radar surfaces significant competitor activity — new product launches, pricing shifts, viral content. Your Account Partner gets a notification with context and a recommended response posture. We do not publish content that names competitors or makes comparative claims (ASCI considerations). We do produce stronger versions of your own positioning when the competitive moment warrants it.
