THE BRAND OPERATING SYSTEM FOR HOSPITALITY & TRAVEL

Your guest is choosing a memory, not a room rate. Make them feelthe place before they ever arrive.

CPAI is the only AI-powered Brand Operating System built for Indian hospitality and travel — stays, restaurants, tours, weddings and events. It captures the soul of your place in your own words and turns it into content that sells the feeling of being there. Accurate imagery. Honest pricing. FSSAI and ASCI compliant. Booked around your season, not against it.

THE WEDGE

Generic AI marketing turns a once-in-a-lifetime place into a list of amenities.

Most AI content tools were built for SaaS founders and e-commerce brands. Point one at a boutique stay and it produces the exact copy that kills bookings: “luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, world-class hospitality.” Stock-photo language for a place that smells of woodsmoke and wet coffee leaves. Your guest scrolls past it because it could be anywhere.

Worse, it will invent a five-star rating you don't have, promise “the best wedding of your life” and guaranteed weather, manufacture fake “only 2 rooms left!” urgency, and post a real couple's faces without consent. In India that risks ASCI action, FSSAI scrutiny on food claims, and Consumer Protection Act exposure for misleading advertising — over a booking that was supposed to be the happiest day of someone's life.

CPAI is the only AI marketing system that starts from the opposite premise: the experience is the product, the host is the brand, and trust is the entire game. It writes in your sensory language, not a brochure's — and it never claims what your place can't honestly deliver.

WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY FACING

Three problems no generalist agency understands.

PAIN 01

The flashier resort down the road has a celebrity wedding and 200k followers. We have better food, a soul, and zero reels. So we lose the booking to a place that's worse — but louder.

THE CPAI ANSWER

Followers don't book. Feeling books. CPAI builds content around the one moment a guest's face lights up — the valley below the infinity pool, the first bite of the farm's morning harvest, the lanterns going up on the verandah. It captures your signature experience and the soul of the place in your host's voice, then turns it into cinematic reels and carousels that sell anticipation. The louder competitor is shouting amenities. You'll be showing them the memory they're actually shopping for.

PAIN 02

I'm running the place — front desk, kitchen, turndown, the dog. The last thing I have time for is filming reels or writing captions at midnight. So our Instagram is three photos from 2022.

THE CPAI ANSWER

Your time investment is 5 minutes a day on your phone to approve or reject the day's content. Everything else — strategy, scripting in your voice, editing your photos and clips into cinematic reels, posting, replying to enquiry DMs, capturing leads — runs without you. Onboarding is a couple of hours where we capture the senses of arriving, your origin story, and the way you actually welcome people. After that, you host. We handle the rest.

PAIN 03

This is someone's honeymoon, someone's wedding, a once-in-a-lifetime trip. I can't have content overpromising and setting up a guest to feel let down — or claiming a rating and an award we don't have.

THE CPAI ANSWER

SENTINEL is loaded with the rules that govern hospitality and travel advertising: ASCI codes, FSSAI for any food and beverage claim, tourism advertising standards, and Consumer Protection Act provisions on misleading ads. It will never post a rating, award, or amenity you can't prove, never guarantee weather or “the best day of your life,” never run fake scarcity, and never show a guest's face without consent. You give us an honest trust allow-list; we never stray from it. The content builds anticipation — without writing a cheque the experience can't cash.

BUILT FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Designed around how hospitality and travel actually run.

  • Pipelines tuned per format — stays and resorts, restaurants and bars, travel and tour operators, wedding and event planning, catering — each with its own Library patterns
  • Senses-of-place capture at onboarding — woodsmoke, cicadas, filter coffee pressed into your hand — so every piece reads ownable, never generic amenity-list boilerplate
  • Seasonality and booking-window calendar — content fires for when guests actually book, not just when they arrive (advance for weddings & festive, last-minute for long weekends)
  • Cinematic reels and carousels built from your own photos and clips — we work with whatever exists, no professional shoot required to start
  • Enquiry-capture DM agent answers logistics, shares packages, and routes serious bookings to you — never quotes a price you haven't set
  • AI Reception (optional) answers the phone 24/7 in your host's cloned voice, takes enquiries and booking requests, escalates anything it shouldn't handle
  • Trust allow-list and hard-block list per property — real ratings, awards and signature dishes we may surface; everything off-limits we never touch
  • Direct-booking attribution — see which reel produced which enquiry which became which stay, so you can lean off OTAs over time

THE PSYCHOLOGY LAYER

PSYCHE is calibrated for guest psychology — anticipation and trust, not impulse.

A guest booking a honeymoon, a wedding, or a once-a-year escape is not an impulse shopper. They are handing a stranger a moment they cannot get back, and the night before they book they are quietly afraid: will the photos be lies, will it actually be peaceful or kids-screaming-by-the-pool peaceful, will the planner vanish the day-of. PSYCHE is tuned to sell the feeling and answer that fear — not to manufacture urgency.

Lean onAnticipation, belonging, being looked-after, permission to switch off.
AvoidFake scarcity, party-resort hype, generic amenity lists, pushy “book now!!” energy
Authority signalThe host's warmth and origin story. Real guest moments. The detail you obsess over.
ForbiddenGuaranteed weather. “Best wedding ever.” Ratings or awards you can't prove. Other guests' faces without consent.

This is what “built for your business” actually means. A guest buying a memory needs reassurance, not pressure — different psychology, different language, different forbidden zones, applied mechanically on every post before you ever see it.

THE COMPLIANCE LAYER

SENTINEL has read the rules that govern how you can advertise an experience.

Every post for a hospitality or travel account is checked against the stack that governs Indian experience-and-travel advertising:

  • ASCI Code for Self-Regulation in Advertising (misleading-claims and substantiation provisions)
  • FSSAI advertising and labelling norms (every food, beverage and menu claim)
  • Consumer Protection Act 2019 — misleading-advertisement and endorsement provisions
  • Tourism and hospitality advertising standards (accurate representation of property and experience)
  • Ratings and awards substantiation — nothing surfaced without proof on your trust allow-list
  • Image-accuracy guardrails — visuals must represent the actual property, room and setting
  • Consent norms for guest faces, real weddings and UGC before any publication
  • Platform-specific content policies (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business)

AI catches the obvious — the invented five stars, the “best day guaranteed,” the fake countdown. A human reviewer catches the consequential before it reaches a single guest.

WHO SUPPORTS YOUR ACCOUNT

Real humans who understand experience brands.

THE EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST

A strategist with a background in hospitality and travel branding builds your Brand Identity Profile. They know the difference between a place with a soul and a 200-room processing machine — and they protect what makes yours yours. They capture your host-origin story, the welcome you couldn't find and built, and the detail you'd never skip.

THE COMPLIANCE REVIEWER

A reviewer who understands ASCI, FSSAI and tourism advertising standards clears every SENTINEL-flagged piece. They have seen the claims that get properties into trouble — the rating you can't prove, the guarantee you can't keep, the face you didn't get consent for. They keep your content honest and your bookings safe.

THE ACCOUNT PARTNER

A dedicated human partner who knows your season, watches your enquiry quality, and is on WhatsApp during working hours. When the rooftop bar reopens, the monsoon menu drops, or a wedding goes viral, they call you — and plan the campaign around your make-or-break window.

SEE THE OUTPUT

LINKEDIN / LONG-FORM POST — HOST STORY

HOOK
Every "luxury" resort I stayed in felt like a corporate lobby with a nicer carpet. So I opened the opposite.

BODY
I'm a third-generation farmer. We grew up feeding everyone who walked through the gate — that was just what you did. The "hospitality" I kept paying for as an adult had none of that. Polished, efficient, and somehow you left feeling like a room number.

So we put a sign up on the family land. Fourteen rooms. A kitchen that cooks what the farm gives us that day. A host who learns your coffee order and your kid's name, because being seen is the whole point of leaving home for a weekend.

Bigger isn't better. A 200-room resort can't actually care about you — it's processing you. We can only ever take fourteen rooms' worth of people, and that's exactly the promise.

CTA
If you've ever left a "luxury" stay feeling oddly unseen — this is the antidote. Dates and the story of the place are in the link.

COMMON QUESTIONS FROM OPERATORS

Six questions every operator asks before signing up.

01Will the content actually feel like my place, or like generic “luxury resort” copy?
Like your place. Onboarding is built specifically to defeat amenity-list boilerplate: we capture the senses of arriving in your own words — what guests smell, hear, taste and see — your host-origin story, the welcome you couldn't find and built, and the exact phrases you use when you talk, not market (“Come as a guest, leave as family”; “we don't have rooms, we have corners of the hill”). SCRIPT writes in that vocabulary and HUMAN protects it. By month two most clients approve 85%+ of pieces because the system has converged on the voice of the host, not a brochure.
02I run a restaurant — how do you handle FSSAI and food claims?
Carefully. SENTINEL loads FSSAI advertising and labelling norms and treats every menu, ingredient and beverage claim as something that must be true and substantiable. We will show the first bite, the steam, the chef's hands and the sourcing story — that sells. We will not make health or nutritional claims you can't back, won't imply medical benefits, and won't overstate provenance. Your signature dishes and any real awards go on your trust allow-list and we surface those proudly; anything unprovable, we leave out.
03Can it post about a real wedding or guest without getting me in trouble?
Only with consent, and that's a hard rule. By default we never publish a guest's or couple's face, name, or identifiable event without documented written consent — for weddings, proposals and UGC especially. With consent, real-event content is some of the most powerful you can run, and we'll build it tastefully around the moment that moved you. Without it, we tell the story through the setting, the details and your own voice. This is both an ASCI/consent requirement and basic respect for someone's once-in-a-lifetime day.
04My business is completely seasonal — does the system understand booking windows?
Seasonality is first-class here, because in hospitality timing is the business. At onboarding we capture your make-or-break seasons and — crucially — when people actually book versus when they arrive. Wedding and festive content fires months in advance; long-weekend and last-minute getaway content fires on a shorter fuse. SCOUT and our cultural-intelligence layer plan campaigns around Diwali, Christmas/New Year, wedding season, monsoon getaways and your own calendar (a new tasting menu, a package launch, the rooftop reopening) so you're selling the season before your competitors have noticed it.
05What if someone DMs asking for prices, dates or to book?
The enquiry agent handles it like a great front-desk would. It answers logistics — what's included, the kind of packages you offer, how the experience works — shares whatever you've authorised, and warmly captures the enquiry as a lead. It does not invent prices you haven't set, won't confirm a date it can't see availability for, and routes serious or high-value bookings (weddings, large groups, long stays) straight to you. For phone enquiries, optional AI Reception does the same in your host's cloned voice, 24/7.
06I depend on OTAs and aggregators. Can this actually reduce that?
That's one of the most common goals operators set, and the system is built for it. Every reel and post drives toward your own channels — DM, WhatsApp, website, direct enquiry — and we attribute which content produced which direct booking, so you can watch the direct share grow. We won't promise an overnight escape from OTAs; we'll build the owned audience and brand recognition that, over a season or two, lets you lean off them and keep more of every booking.
