What happens when SENTINEL flags content?

SENTINEL returns one of three states: PASS, FLAG, or BLOCK. PASS content proceeds to your approval queue. FLAG content goes to a human Compliance Reviewer with a background in your profession (medical communications, legal advertising, financial advisory, etc.) who makes the final call. BLOCK content is rewritten by the production engine with the violation noted, then re-checked. The system has not had a published post fail compliance review to date.

How often does SENTINEL refresh its regulation library?

Monthly, plus event-driven refreshes when major regulatory changes happen. When a rule changes, SENTINEL re-tests your existing published content library against the new rule. If anything published is now non-compliant, you receive a WhatsApp notification within 24 hours of detection and decide whether to update, annotate, or archive. We never retroactively modify your published content without your approval.

What if I practise across multiple countries with different rules?

Your account can hold multiple jurisdictions. SENTINEL applies the strictest applicable rule by default and flags content for human review wherever rules conflict.
