Atlas is one specific thing: a continuously-running orchestrator that watches everything happening in your account — content publishing, audience engagement, lead behaviour, calendar state, regulatory shifts — and decides what should happen next, in what order, with what priority, and whether a human should be involved.

Atlas is not a chatbot. The conversational interface you see in the app is just one surface Atlas talks through. Atlas is what makes the decisions; the chat is how it tells you about them.

Atlas is not a workflow tool. Workflow tools execute the steps you define. Atlas decides which steps to define — and redefines them when reality changes.

Atlas runs as a managed service on infrastructure you do not have to think about. It does not sleep. It does not forget. It does not require you to log in to keep functioning.

THE DECISION SURFACE

What Atlas decides, every hour, without asking you.

The list below is not comprehensive — Atlas makes hundreds of decisions per account per day. These are the categories most clients find it useful to understand.

  • Content Triggering

    Which piece of content moves to production right now, which gets deferred until the optimal publishing window opens, which gets bumped because the brand calendar collides with a regional event.

  • Performance Response

    When a post outperforms baseline by 3x or more, Atlas triggers replication of the format, updates your Brand Identity Profile so PSYCHE learns the pattern, and notifies your Strategist.

  • Lead Routing

    Inbound DMs, comments, and AI Reception calls are scored for intent and routed: high-intent goes to your Account Partner, medium goes to nurture, spam gets logged silently.

  • Compliance Triage

    When SENTINEL flags content, Atlas decides whether it goes to the human Compliance Reviewer immediately, gets rewritten by FORGE-090 first, or gets blocked outright based on violation severity.

  • Calendar Management

    Atlas owns the publishing schedule. It moves content earlier or later in response to algorithm shifts, audience activity windows, and cultural calendar events specific to your region and profession.

  • Human Escalation

    Atlas knows the five conditions under which a human must be involved (see the next section). When those conditions hit, Atlas pauses the relevant automation and pages the right human via WhatsApp.

THE AUDIT TRAIL

Every decision Atlas makes is logged and reviewable.

Atlas produces a continuous decision log per session. Every event Atlas observes, every action Atlas takes in response, every notification Atlas sends, every threshold Atlas crosses — all of it is timestamped and stored against your account. You can read the log at any time inside the app.

This matters for two reasons. First, autonomy without auditability is opacity. We refuse to ship an AI that decides things on your behalf that you cannot inspect afterwards. Second, when something does need to be explained — to a regulator, to a board, to your own future self — the log is the answer.

The log is yours. On cancellation, it exports with the rest of your data.

Outside these five triggers, Atlas runs without interrupting you. The point is not autonomy for its own sake — the point is that you only get interrupted when an interruption is warranted.
