- 01Will the content actually sound like me — or like every other motivational fitness page?
- Sounding like you is the entire point. During onboarding we capture the things no generic account can fake: the literal line you say when a client wants to stop on the last rep, whether you're a tough-love pusher or a warm encourager, the way you cut through “I have no time,” the phrase your clients quote back to you. Your Brand Identity Profile is built on that, and PSYCHE writes every piece against it. By month two most clients approve 85%+ of content because the system has converged on their real voice. A motivational poster is interchangeable. Your idiom isn't, and that's what we protect.
- 02Can you make transformation content without the fake guaranteed-results stuff?
- Yes — and we won't make it any other way. We only publish client transformations the client has consented to, and we frame every one with “results vary, individual results differ.” We never put a guaranteed number on a scale, never a deadline, never a “drop 10kg in 10 days” claim. Your own honesty lines — the things you explicitly refuse to promise — load into SENTINEL as a hard wall. The result is proof that's persuasive and clean, instead of the hype that made your audience quit the last three programmes.
- 03What if someone DMs about an injury, a condition, or pain?
- The DM and Reception agents are built to refer out, not coach a condition. They never diagnose, never recommend rehab, never tell anyone it's “fine to push through.” The moment a message mentions pain, injury, a medical condition, pregnancy, or anything clinical, the agent warmly recommends seeing a physio or doctor and escalates to you directly. For logistics — timings, pricing, how to start, what to bring — it answers naturally in your voice and books a session. Knowing what not to say is the most important guardrail in this vertical.
- 04I sell a supplement / a nutrition plan. Does that change anything?
- Yes — the moment a product or specific diet is involved, FSSAI claim rules apply on top of ASCI. We add those to your SENTINEL profile and tighten the guardrails: no disease or cure claims, no “clinically proven” language you can't substantiate, no implied medical benefit. We can absolutely build content around a product or plan — we just keep the claims inside what's legally and honestly defensible, and we flag anything ambiguous to a human reviewer before it's published.
- 05I'm a tough-love coach. Will the content be soft and generic?
- No. We ask you directly whether you're tough love, a warm encourager, high-energy hype, calm and technical, or a disciplined mentor — because getting that wrong makes the content feel like a different person entirely. If you're a no-excuses, “I wouldn't ask if you didn't have one more in you” coach, that's the register HUMAN protects and SCRIPT writes every caption inside. Tough love stays tough. We just keep it on the right side of body-shaming — pushing people, never demeaning them.
- 06I'm on the floor all day. How much of my time does this really take?
- Around five minutes a day, on your phone, between sessions — approve or reject what's queued. The heavy lifting (strategy, scripts, visuals, posting, comment replies, DM follow-up, sign-up capture) runs without you. Onboarding is two hours, most of it us listening to how you talk to clients. After that the system runs around your schedule — and surfaces seasonal pushes like New-Year intake, summer, and your own challenge launches automatically, so you're not scrambling to make hype content the week before a cohort opens.
