- 01Is this compliant with RERA?
- Yes — and we will never publish anything for your account that we cannot defend against RERA disclosure norms, the Consumer Protection Act's misleading-advertising provisions, and ASCI guidelines. SENTINEL blocks assured-return and guaranteed-appreciation claims, “prices only go up” framing, and misleading project imagery before you ever see a piece, and surfaces RERA registration references where they're required. We don't promote unregistered projects. A human reviewer who understands property advertising clears anything ambiguous. If a project's RERA status changes after a piece is live, we flag it, notify you, and offer to archive or update.
- 02How do you keep my content from sounding like every other agent?
- Your content is built on the things no competitor can copy: the specific micro-markets and buildings you know, your blunt market truths, the costly mistakes you watch buyers make, and the deal that shaped how you work. During onboarding we capture your turf, your differentiator, and the lines you actually say to clients. PSYCHE writes against that profile on every piece. The result reads like a blunt local insider — the opposite of “Your Dream Home Awaits.”
- 03Can you make content for the actual properties and areas I sell?
- Yes. On Growth and above you can upload listing photos, brochures, and area shots, and we turn them into cinematic property tours and walkthroughs. Area guides and price-trend reads are built around your specific postcodes and corridors. In real estate the neighbourhood and the property are half the hero alongside you — we treat them that way, while keeping every claim within RERA and ASCI lines (renders are never presented as delivered reality, and carpet vs super-built-up is handled honestly).
- 04What if a buyer asks for a valuation or investment advice in a DM?
- The DM-reply agent does not give valuations, price guarantees, or investment advice. It answers logistical questions (location, availability, site-visit timings, what to bring) and warmly routes anything that needs your judgement — a specific valuation, a buy-or-wait call, negotiation strategy — to a proper conversation with you. It never quotes an assured return, never promises appreciation, and never commits you to a number.
- 05I'm a developer / property manager / valuer, not a resale agent. Does this still fit?
- Yes — the pipeline is role-aware. A developer launching a 120-unit tower needs project-sell-out campaigns and inventory content; a property manager needs tenant-trust and asset-care content; a valuer needs advisory authority framed conservatively, never a hard sell. We route each role to the right content mix and the right SENTINEL framing during onboarding, so a valuer never gets a broker's promotional language and a developer's claims stay inside RERA.
- 06What if I want to take a strong, contrarian stand on the market?
- Strong takes are exactly what build trust in this category — “price it right or it goes stale,” “the show flat is designed to stop you checking,” “the best time to buy is when your finances are ready, not a season.” We publish blunt, defensible convictions all day. What we flag is anything that crosses into a guaranteed outcome, names or knocks a specific competitor, or makes a claim a regulator would read as misleading. The honest conviction stays; the unprovable promise gets reframed before it goes out.
