Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains exactly how to delete the data ConsciousPresenceAI (“CPAI”) holds about you, including any data obtained through a connected platform account such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp), Google (Google Business Profile / YouTube), LinkedIn or X.
It is published as the data deletion instructions URL required by platform developer policies, and it supports your Right to Erasure under Section 12 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Disconnect a Platform (Immediate)
Revoking a connection stops all further access straight away and deletes the stored access tokens for that platform.
- In CPAI: sign in to your dashboard, open Settings → Connections, and choose Disconnect on the platform you want removed.
- From Meta: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select Conscious Presence AI → Remove.
- From Google: visit your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → select CPAI → Remove access.
Disconnecting stops future data collection. To also erase data already stored, use the request below.
2. Request Full Account and Data Deletion
Email privacy@consciouspresenceai.com from the email address registered with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
Please include:
- Your registered name and email address
- Your business or brand name, if different
- Whether you want everything deleted, or only specific items (for example only the voice model, or only one connected platform)
We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting — this protects you from someone else deleting your brand assets.
3. What Gets Deleted
On completion of a full deletion request we erase:
- Your account, profile and business/brand intake answers
- Your cloned voice model and AI avatar, including deletion requests issued to the providers that host them
- All platform access tokens (stored encrypted) and connection records for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and any other connected account
- Generated and scheduled content, captions, images, videos and uploaded media
- Analytics, review, message and lead records associated with your account
- Your knowledge base, brand profile and brand kit assets
Content that was already published to your own platform accounts (for example a post live on your Instagram or Google Business Profile) remains under your control on that platform — we cannot delete it once published, and deleting your CPAI account does not remove it. You can delete those posts yourself from the platform at any time.
4. How Long It Takes
- Acknowledgement: within 7 days of receiving your request
- Completion: within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act
- Encrypted backups: purged on their normal rotation, no later than 90 days after deletion
We confirm by email once deletion is complete.
5. What We Must Retain
A narrow set of records is kept even after deletion, because law requires it — never for marketing:
- Invoices, payment and tax records, retained for the period required by Indian tax and companies law
- Consent and compliance audit records, evidencing that consent was properly obtained and that regulated content passed our compliance checks
- Records subject to an active legal hold, dispute or regulatory request
These are minimised, access-restricted, and never used to rebuild your profile.
